The SPIROŽ system, spiral round ducts and fittings are being manufactured by Leminar on original Tube former, Gore locker and Stitch welding machine from SPIRO INTERNATIONAL S.A.

The SPIROŽ system incorporates sealing strip of age-resistant EPDM rubber, ensuring an air tight and lasting joint seal, immune to variations in temperature.

SPIROŽ system is an approved range of quick-fitting, spiral-seam ducts and fittings with factory-fitted sealing gaskets of EPDM rubber. The sealing gasket provides a tight and reliable joint. SPIROŽ system is available as a complete range with dimensions from ř100 up to and including ř1600 mm.
SPIROŽ system complies with DW 144 Class C (Eurovent 2.2 = iv (DIN 24194)) specification. The high, uniform quality and the effective factory-fitted sealing system mean that installation is fast and easy. SPIROŽ system is leakproof when fitted and does not require any additional sealing.

The spirally wound tubes produced on tubeformers feature a patented seam cavity, which both stabilizes the tubes and locks the seam into place, ensuring that tolerances are maintained during handling and transport.
We have special attachments for tubeformer machine to produce straight ducts with corrugation which gives additional stiffness. Also it is equipped with flying slitter which provides optimum cut quality and prevents metal deposits inside the ducts.
